The templates are great. I sent out a surveillance assignment to a private investigator out of Austin and said that he has never seen anything put together like my report, definitely worth the buy.
Womack Investigations Longview Private InvestigatorThis is outstanding work. The templates have just solved one of the industries biggest problems of consistent work products.

Michael Morelli Tulsa Private InvestigatorHaving a well-designed retainer agreement for your private investigations agency is not only crucial for good business, but imperative if you wish to have a way to collect on money that is due at the end of the investigation. As a good rule of thumb, unless you are working with attorneys or someone who you truly trust, you should never accept an investigative assignment without first having a retainer agreement in place.
Our retainer agreement makes it easy for you to write out the terms and conditions of the investigation, the services that you will render to the hiring party, and the billing rates for the investigation. Coupled with a well-designed investigative invoice, and your retainer agreement can protect you against clients that don’t pay in time or violate your company’s terms.
The Three primary parts covered by this retainer agreement are:
Getting Paid – This is the main reason to have a retainer agreement in place. Our agreement was written in such a way that it could be taken to your company attorney and be used against your client in court to have them pay for your services. This will cover you when the client refuses to pay, or does a charge back on their credit card.
Ironing out client expectations – This agreement allows you put in exactly what your client is going to receive at the end of the investigation. By controlling what your client can expect from your investigation, you can minimize the risk of them claiming they never received their services. Having your investigation detailed in the agreement helps put your clients at ease and helps them understand what they are paying for when they receive their invoice.
Letter of Engagement – Although this agreement is not a letter of engagement, this agreement can help prove to local authorities that you were hired to conduct an investigation on a person. This is only used when you’re being charged with a stalking charge and your client can’t be contacted to help you prove your case.
